Membership Terms -

Starting from 2021, Millers has made the decision to change our membership from 12 months of playing to 11 months of playing on the course.

We have experienced the huge benefits of the course having a rest in the toughest weather conditions.

This has lead to the decision for us to close the course for a 2-4 week period during the months of January, February or March, to give it a beneficial rest to help the course repair.

We are confident that members will see the huge benefits of this. There are some courses that can confidently stay open during the wettest months but Millers Barn sits on heavy clay, and the damage that is caused by allowing play during the wettest weeks of the winter, sets the condition of the course back weeks, late in the spring.

We apologise for any inconvience caused; However, we hope you can understand the reasoning behind our decision and appreciate that keeping the course in the best playing conditions as possible is our priority.

Junior memberships - All juniors will need to be accompanied by an adult for their round.

Standing order-

Standing order memberships require a joining cost of the first month upfront.

Your membership will not be vaild if you cancel your standing order at any time without letting Millers Barn aware.

Standing orders are a fixed contract for a year and are tracked and checked each month, please do not cancel your standing order without informing us, as you will not be able to use the standing order method in future if this occurs.

Range Cards -

Upon purchasing the range cards for either 500 balls or 1000 balls please be aware that we can only give you tokens based on the range card you have purchased.

When purchasing the range card make sure it is for the amount you are more likely to use.

Prices-

Millers Barn serves the right to change any prices based on inflation, it is our aim to provide the best value for current circumstances.
